I’m Lia Rendon Martinez, a business strategist, marketing consultant, and community growth expert who believes that no business should be built alone. My work is grounded in the idea that growth happens when strategy, systems, and human connection come together with clarity and purpose.

Originally from Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, my background in International Business and Business Administration has allowed me to navigate diverse business environments across borders and industries. Throughout my career in both the public and private sectors, I’ve worked in commercial development, logistics, sales, and global manufacturing. I also had the privilege of contributing to international affairs through my work with the Mexican Consulate, an experience that deepened my understanding of cross-cultural collaboration, economic relations, and the importance of building bridges between markets and communities. Together, these experiences have given me a behind-the-scenes understanding of how organizations operate and how businesses scale sustainably across regions.

In 2007, I founded my skincare brand, a journey that shaped me not only as an entrepreneur, but as a leader. Building this brand showed me the importance of positioning, customer experience, digital presence, and—most importantly—community. It reinforced my belief that strong businesses are built on trust, consistency, and meaningful relationships.

Today, I work alongside entrepreneurs and growing businesses as a strategic partner in their journey.
